Tiu Paolo Wine

It is a 100% Nebbiolo, with a ruby red colour, which undergoes a long aging in steel and a slight passage in wood. In a glass of Tiu Paolo you can perceive the scents of ripe fruit and wild red fruits, such as blackberries for example, indicating the presence of vast extensions of brambles that often climb the dry stone walls that mark the boundaries between the different Nebbiolo vineyards in the Lurese countryside.

It is a wine that is sometimes slightly aggressive on the palate due to the generous presence of tannins, typical of the vine from which it comes, but nonetheless pleasant and excellent to accompany aperitifs based on cold cuts and cheeses, as well as to accompany meals based on red meat and game.
