Several factors contribute to obtaining a wine with the aforementioned characteristics: first of all, the age of the plants which for this wine are over 40 years old, a very low production of grapes per hectare which is around 35-40 qli, together with a meticulousness of the grapes and a prolonged period of maceration on the skins.
It is a versatile wine, which is suitable to accompany both great seafood cuisine, white meats and semi-mature and mature cheeses. Its particularity also makes it perfect as a meditation wine.
