Armonicu Wine

If tradition sees Nebbiolo as the vine par excellence suitable for the production of great red wines, innovation wants horizons to broaden and if tradition and innovation must coexist, a rosé wine could not be missing to complete the range of labels. Armonicu, whose name symbolizes the sensory characteristics of this wine, is in fact a rosé obtained 100% from Nebbiolo grapes, which has a pale and bright pink color to the eye, given by the extraction of part of the coloring component of the grape by means of a short maceration on the skins, the duration of which depends on the degree of coloration of the grapes in that specific year.

The delicate floral and fruity olfactory notes of violet, dog rose and red fruits, and the decisive and enveloping taste, but at the same time fresh and sapid, make up a wine with perfect gustatory harmony.

It is suitable as a wine throughout the meal or to accompany aperitifs based on fresh fish and raw seafood.
